Booking time in the diary is an especially important thing, it prevent others from having that space and as a result once a booking is made there needs to be 48 hours notice of any changes to that booking. Other service providers will charge and so will I. Therefore the lesson fee will be payable.
The same applies from me, I will give you 48 hours notice of any cancelations or changes that may need to happen, this will very rarely happen.
There is nothing wrong with asking to change a time or day of a lesson However if it cannot be changed and it falls into the 48 hour notice rule, then the original booking stands.
Lessons are normally two (2) hours in duration unless agreed otherwise.
Sometimes with traffic conditions or test times over running for exampleI may be delayed in getting to you, then the lost time will be added to the end of the lesson unless there are extreme circumstances why this cannot happen.
Payment for the lesson is made before the lesson starts, this can be cash on arrival or bank transfer before hand.
The purchasing of block lessons are permissible however these must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
I have a right to withdraw the use of a tuition vehicle for a test if I feel you haven’t achieved a safe standard.
The charge for the test day is a lesson duration of two (2) hours. This includes time before the test and for the test itself. Other times maybe arranged with prior agreement.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they meet the criteria for being able to drive this includes for example eyesight test (with or without glasses, contact lenses), driving licence, theory test certificate where needed. This also includes fit to drive, not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that would not permit them to drive. The lesson will be terminated and no refunds given if I suspect that the learner is.
The tuition vehicle will be fully insured for tuition and test purposes, it will be kept in a good overall condition and cleanliness.
