Welcome to Phil's Automatic School of Motoring. My name is Phil and I have been helping people gain their driving licence since 2007.
I teach in an automatic Hybrid Yaris. Learning to drive in this car will give a very up to date feel, teaching the latest driving techniques which in the long term will maximise fuel economy, environmental friendly driving and above all safe driving.
To assist with the learning to drive experience I use the latest teaching and coaching techniques in a friendly and professional atmosphere. This is enhanced further by my experience as I am a fully qualified fleet registered approved driving instructor and grade A. I am also RoSPA Gold Standard driver and have sat and passed the IAM's advanced driving test. To complement these skills and to enhance your learning experience I have several teaching qualifications including DTLLS, a level 5 qualification in adult education. I am involved with in-class education for full licence holders who commit offences linked to speeding, due care and attention and also alcohol related driving offences.
